Applicability
These terms apply to all reservations, bookings and stays at Hotel de Kastanjefabriek.
Reservations & bookings
A reservation is final upon confirmation. Table reservations run through Dish and hotel bookings through Mews; additional terms of those systems may apply.
Cancellation
The cancellation terms are stated with your booking. For different arrangements or group bookings, please contact us.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00. Reception is available 24 hours a day; from 22:00 there is night security on site, so you can always check in.
House rules
We ask you to take care of the monumental building and to be considerate of other guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
Liability
Hotel de Kastanjefabriek is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
