Game menu
Autumn is game season. Our chef serves a game menu of three to six courses — from smoked duck and guinea fowl to wild boar and venison, rounded off with our chestnut mousse.

Every game menu begins with an amuse-bouche and bread. The more courses, the fuller the menu: dishes marked 'from … courses' are included from that number of courses upwards.
