À la carte: from oysters to chateaubriand
If you prefer to choose for yourself, you can start small with oysters (per two), a Wagyu cube with perilla, or Baerii caviar with blini. Among the starters are beef tataki with black garlic and ponzu, brined cod with celeriac and vadouvan, and a tartare of bunched carrots with goat’s yoghurt. For your main course, you might choose sole with capers and charred leek, bavette with sweet potato, guinea fowl with Jerusalem artichoke and chanterelle, or the chateaubriand for two with porcini and hollandaise. Without meat or fish, there is risotto with burrata and mushrooms. Everything is on the dinner menu.
